Tade and her team were wonderful to work with. I felt that of all the prior RE agent experiences with other firms, her services were well above and beyond what others have done. She leaves no stone unturned. Her solution is not to lean on the first option of lowering asking price. She knew how to market and what to do and shift the strategy based on the metrics of the responses. She also provided reports and showed how the market was doing overall which was never provided by others. Her team is also very professional and organized.
